Noodles are the most tasty and fabulous dish around over the world. Specially I love noodles very much as I am mad for it. Commonly this dish is favourite of kids.
- 500gm Noodles
- Soya Sauce
- White vinegar
- Cutted green chilli, carrot, onion, capcicum, cabbage
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper Powder
- Olive Oil
For Boiling the Noodles:
First of all, You must boil the noodles before making it. Then heat the water in a vessel. Now put 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil in it. When the bubbles come from the water, then understand that the water has boiled. So now put the noodles in it to boil. Soak all these in water so that it boil well. Now cover this vessel for about 4 to 5 minutes and keep in mind that flame is medium. Now let it boil.When you found that your noodles will boiled, turn off the gas flame and filter it. Filter these carefully, it keeps the risk of burning your hands in it. Now let it cool for 1 minute and then add normal water.

For Preparing the Noodles:
As long as the noodles are being boiled, we will saute the vegetables. To saute vegetables, put a pan to heat it on the gas. As soon as our pan is hot, we will put oil in it. I have put 3 teaspoons of oil in it. Heat the oil well now. Once the oil is heated, add onion carrot and capsicum. Keep mixing these vegetables for about 2 minutes and saute these vegetables. Our vegetables have been saute, so now we will put cabbage in it and saute for around next 1 minute. After 1 minute you slow down the flame and put green chillies in it and mix it well. Now after mixing we will let it cook for 1 minute.
Now as a result our vegetables are perfectly ready to make a delicious and yummy dish. So now we will add spices to these vegetables for tasting it well. Now we will put in it the red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt and mix it well. Now we will put all the noodles in it. Spread it slightly with the help of hand and put soya sauce and vinegar in it and mix all these well. Now continuously running the noodles for 5 minutes. Now if you want to make it darker, you can add more soy sauce. But this is the best for me and I have used 3 spoons of soy sauce in it. Now it is mixed well so now you can serve these delicious and tasty noodles as you can see here. You can also garnish it with coriander
