We will make these pizza in the oven, but its taste will be market-oriented. The pizza that we eat in the restaurant, come in the same pan pizza we make at home. I will share all the secrets of this pizza recipe with you.
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon milk powder
- 1 & 1/2 cup of flour
- Salt to taste

Before making pizza, it is important to know how a doe is made. So let’s first prepare the flour to make the doe. Take a bowl to make doe and put 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup hot water.
Now put 1 teaspoon garlic paste in it . With this we will put yeast in it. This recipe is being made in the style of the market pizza so it is important to add yeast in it. But in this recipe we will only use 1/4 teaspoon yeast. Because these recipes are being made in the manner of cold fragmentation, it will take 24 hours for us to make. However if you have to make this recipe today and eat it today you will have to use 1 and 1/2 teaspoon yeast. Mix yeast well into it.
After adding yeast, we will put butter in it. I used 1 and 1/2 tablespoon butter in it. With that I put 2 teaspoon Milk Powder in it but if you do not have milk powder then you can use milk instead of water. After that in this we will add 1 and 1/2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon salt.Now, we will make a very soft flour, add a little bit of hot water and mix it. To make good fragmentation of flour, the flour has to be diluted for at least 15 minutes. Now put this flour in the fridge in the air tight bins for 1 day and keep in mind that putting a little oil in the compartment.
For making Pita Bread
ur flour has been fragmented. Now you take a circle pan and put 3 to 4 teaspoon butter on it. After that, now you spread your flour doe on the pan with the help of your fingers and give it a shape of a pizza base. Keep in mind that now you make a hole in it with the help of a folk so that it does not flower.
Now we will put pizza sauce on top.After taking the sauce, add the mozzarella cheese over it.. Your artwork above the cheese is what you want to use, however, 3 colors are most visible, which is red, green and black. So I have taken tomato, onion, capcicum, black olives and sweet corns. On top of this you can add a little cheese.
Now its ready to Bake. Let your oven be warm firstly and then its temperature will be 250 degree centigrade and leave the pizza for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes you will see that your pizza is ready, you will take it out of the oven. Here you can see that your pizza is seen like as market pizza that you order from outside. Now you cut it in slices with the help of a cutter and serve it with tomato ketchup and enjoy it.
