Today we are making egg vegetable sandwich which is very healthy and delicious because I am making this sandwich with egg and green vegetables, so it is very healthy. Recipe for Making Sandwich

Mayonnaise Paste:

First of all, we will mix 3 teaspoon mayonnaise in 1 small bowl of chopped cabbage. Mix it well. Put this cabbage in the side.

Egg Slice:

This is the special thing which I will use in this sandwich recipe. Now we will prepare the egg. Break 2 eggs in a bowl and put chopped carrots in it. Now add chopped onion and green onion in it and add some crushed red chilli and some chopped green chilli in it too. Put 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and a little salt in it and mix it well.

After mixing this paste will be ready to fry. Now put a little oil on a pan and keep it on the gas for hot in medium flame. Add the egg paste as soon as the pan is heated and spread it like omelette. Cook it for about 1 minute and turn it back after 1 minute and cook on the other side for 1 minute. After 1 minute remove this prepared omelet in a plate. Now this omelet is finally ready for making sandwiches.

Toasting the Bread:

After the omelet is ready, melt the butter so that it will be easy to put butter on the bread. After that now apply both side butter on the bread and bake it on the pan for make sandwiches crispy. Similarly we have to bake this for 1 minute on a low flame and certainly do this for both sides of the bread. So now you will see that our bread is golden brown from both sides. Now this bread is ready to make sandwich, so take it out in the plate. So now take a bread slice and put a little bit of tomato ketchup over it. Now that you made the egg omelet, cut it in the shape of bread and put it on this bread.

In addition put the cabbage leaves on top of this egg slice or if you don’t like cabbage leaves you can skip this. However on top of this you put the paste of cabbage and mayonnaise. Put a little tomato ketchup on it. And now finally you put the second bread slice on it. As a result now you can see that you have a square shape sandwich, so if you want triangle sandwich you can cut it into a triangle shape and here your sandwiches are ready to eat so you can serve them with tomato ketchup or with tea or coffee as you can see here. This vegetable and egg mayonnaise sandwich recipe is one of my best sandwich recipe but I like grilled sandwiches too.
